As an enterprising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for attracting new customers and nurturing their ongoing revenues and growth. The key focus is on building and managing strong relationships with installers in the Netherlands. In addition, you will support attracting new distribution partners and supporting these distribution partners in sales activities to jointly provide the optimal service to the installer, ensuring ongoing revenues and customer satisfaction.

- Build strong customer relationships with wide customer portfolio coverage
- Qualifying and attracting new installer customers
- Identify and address customer objections, risks and success metrics
- Support (acquisition of) distribution partners
- Processing relevant customer data in CRM
- Presenting at commercial trainings and events
Job requirements

Ideally you will have:
- A degree at bachelor’s level
- A customer-oriented approach
- At least 5 years' work experience in a similar role
- Experience in the solar or related industry e.g. EV Charging or other home energy products/solutions
- A result-oriented mindset
- A tech-savvy aptitude to understand and communicate technical ideas/solutions
- The ability and motivation to work independently, whilst also being a team player
