At Hyperion we have over a decade of experience helping our clients to find and hire strategically important hires, and even build full teams. Whilst Board, C-Suite and other leadership and senior roles are the majority of our placements, we have a particular skill and track record of hiring 'first boots on the ground' for our clients as they internationalise. Again, often helping to build out that team. We have successfully helped our clients to hire in seventeen countries to date.

Our executive search service is so effective largely due to our passion for and knowledge of the clean technology industry, combined with our extensive global network of contacts and candidates, built over a decade in the sector. 

We help our clients to define job descriptions, and locations where required, we feed our wealth of data into helping benchmark salaries and packages, and gain a deep insight into the culture of their business before we embark on a search. We then work tirelessly to provide a diverse, thoroughly screened and qualified shortlist. We communicate at every stage of the process, and provide support through the entire process, to the chosen candidate walking through your door, and then when needed support with onboarding.

Working closely with Venture Capital and Private Equity partners we also directly support their efforts to add to or improve the Board or Leadership teams of their portfolio companies. 

We spend our lives ‘in’ the industry; day in and day out we are speaking to clients, contacts and candidates in the cleantech industry. We have an active role within the industry, regularly speaking at and attending key industry events, to ensure we find the very best candidates for our clients.

While we keep every conversation confidential, it does mean we aggregate a huge amount of industry data, on market conditions, salary levels, activity levels, and candidate perceptions of your company. We use this data to help our clients define job briefs and to tailor a specific executive search campaign for each assignment.
