Kickstart Coffee
In 2002, Hannah's student nursing trip to Uganda planted a seed that grew into Kickstart Coffee. An encounter with a bag of coffee in 2019 sparked a vision: a sustainable business empowering Ugandan children through education.
Every cup counts: Our coffee sales fund teachers' salaries and resources at The Early Learning School, Entebbe. By eliminating school fees, we foster a safe learning environment where children can thrive and fulfil their dreams.
Beyond the classroom: Our partner in Uganda, Love and Care for the Child Ministries, extends its reach beyond The Early Learning School. This dedicated NGO provides vital food and schooling assistance to the local community, particularly single mothers and their children.
From mountain peak to perfect cup: Our coffee is sourced from Mt Elgon through a partnership directly with Dream Coffee Uganda, ensuring fair wages and sustainable practices for every hardworking farmer. Each bean is handpicked and meticulously selected, guaranteeing exceptional quality in every sip. We believe in building long-lasting relationships, not just sourcing. Our partnership with Dream Coffee Uganda empowers local communities, fostering social responsibility and sustainable income.
SolarAid
SolarAid is an international development charity working alongside communities in the most rural and hard to reach areas of sub-Saharan Africa to tackle poverty and the climate crisis through access to clean, safe solar lights.
