Personality and personal development profiling
We use personal development profiles from the Insights Discovery® system to provide further intelligence about candidates and predict how they will perform in a role. Based on Carl Jung’s theory of eight common personality types, Insights is used by blue-chip corporate companies, charities and organisations all over the world.
As part of our structured process and retained search methodology, we profile up to four shortlisted candidates in advance of final interviews – though we can profile additional candidates at an additional cost. Some of our clients also profile existing team members as part of the recruitment process to ensure there is a strong culture fit. We believe this is particularly important for new or fast-growing teams and also offer this service at an additional cost.

Video recruitment platform
Human interaction is vital when it comes to recruitment. Helping our clients ‘see’ the candidates we shortlist, as well as having access to our notes from the qualification process, and the candidate’s CV is one way we enhance the hiring process. That’s why we’ve invested in state-of-the-art video-engagement technology Hinterview, which allows us to present candidates to our clients in a far more efficient light.
Providing video ‘cover letters’ or recording our candidates answer a few key questions gives our clients a far better picture of a candidate than a CV or written letter alone. It also enables us to conduct and share video interviews where logistics and time-zones are an issue, as we recruit for clients globally.
The Hinterview system also gives our clients a fully secure online ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for the duration of the search. At all times candidate data is fully secure and handled with discretion and of course fully GDRP compliant.
