Helping our clients ‘see’ the candidates we shortlist, as well as having access to our notes from the qualification process, and the candidate’s CV is one way we enhance the hiring process. That’s why we’ve invested in state-of-the-art video-engagement technology Hinterview, which allows us to present candidates to our clients in a far more efficient light.
Providing video ‘cover letters’ or recording our candidates answer a few key questions gives our clients a far better picture of a candidate than a CV or written letter alone. It also enables us to conduct and share video interviews where logistics and time-zones are an issue, as we recruit for clients globally.
The Hinterview system also gives our clients a fully secure online ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for the duration of the search. At all times candidate data is fully secure and handled with discretion and of course fully GDRP compliant.
