Typical Search Timeline:

Week 1:

Confirm full details of the role. Finalise the company target list and complete the opportunity document. Advertise.

Week 2-3:

Research and interviews to qualify candidates. Advertise.

Week 4:

Confirm candidate shortlist. Present candidates to client.

Week 5-7:

Client/ Candidate interviews and debriefs. Insights, psychometric profiling. Candidate selection.

Week 8-10:

Present offer to chosen candidate. Mediate. Contracts signed.
