When I founded Hyperion Executive Search in 2014, I had, and still have, two goals in mind. Firstly, to create a global executive search firm that would make a meaningful impact in the growth of the clean technology sector. The second was to create a company where people could truly grow, contribute, and build meaningful, challenging and rewarding careers. I have over twenty years of recruitment and search experience. I’ve worked for some great companies and bosses, and some that really sucked. My first recruitment job was literally here’s a phone, here’s a directory, make 100 calls a day! Hyperion is the antithesis of this. Do we measure metrics of course, you can’t improve what you don’t measure. Do we beat anyone with a stick based on KPI’s? Never.
I’m really proud of the team we’ve built, the clients we’ve worked for, and the impact we’ve made in our cleantech sector and sub-sectors.
