Hyperion have always had clients based in the US, and we’ve helped many North American companies open new territories and divisions across Europe. In the last two years we’ve started to work with clients to recruit mandates based in the USA. Our network of clean energy and cleantech contacts across the US is exceptional, and has been built over the last four years. Our US operations are led by Jon Rose.
Jon joined the Hyperion Executive Search team in Jan 2018 and is responsible for leading this continuous growth in North America.
Jon has a proven track record working in energy executive search and lived in North America between 2012 – 2017 (Houston & New York) partnering with leading renewable energy power producers, developers and investment funds to support their growth. He has managed senior-level searches in eleven states and has placed candidates across a broad spectrum of disciplines – C-Level, Operations, Project/Product Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal and Marketing. He’s an avid follower of US sport, a proud owner of a Stetson and ran the New York Marathon in 2017.
