Fully Retained Search

This is typically for more senior roles with structured payments based on project milestones.

Financially Committed Search

For roles which may be more challenging to fill and would involve an upfront payment and the remainder upon successful completion of the search.

Contingent Search

Typically for more standard search requirements, fee would be paid upon the successful completion of the assignment.
